How quickly should I get my orders to you?
The sooner you can get the order to us the sooner we can begin processing. Orders are usually processed within an hour of being placed.
What are your shipping methods?
We only ship FedEx Priority with the options of 2nd Day, 2nd Day AM or Next Day priority. By using Priority shipping FedEx guarantees delivery.
Where are the products printed?
Products are printed in Gardner, Massachusetts. A family owned business in the printing industry for over 125 years.
How will I know if Figtree has received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once an order has been received. If you don’t receive the email within 1 hour of placing an order please contact us.
What if my order doesn’t arrive in time?
Although we strive to make sure that every order is delivered on time there are occasions where weather or FedEx causes orders to arrive late. In these situations, you will be supplied a HiRes PDF that can either be printed at your location or sent to a local printer.
How do I use my Custom Price List?
FigTree will provide a Hi-Res PDF for print at your location to present to the family.
Do you offer training?
You will receive a Training Guide in your Packet with easy to follow instructions. We are also available to answer any question by calling Customer Service.
My client wants to design their own Order of Service rather than myself – can they do this?
Yes, FigTree can provide you with an additional login for the family member that does not list price for products.
My client wishes to only order Prayer Cards as well as an Order of Service, can they purchase only these from the design set?
Yes, with our easy to use templates you can order only the products you wish. You can even mix and match from different designs available.
My Client wants to use their own image instead of one from the image library, can they do this?
Yes, each template is equipped with an interactive design feature. This feature enables you to quickly draw a picture box, select the supplied image and crop to required fit.
Where do I locate the supplied library of Poems, Hymns, and Prayers?
Once you have registered as a user of FigTree’s service you will be sent all necessary materials to get started. In this package will be a thumb drive that has all the poems, prayers, and hymns available. You can choose to continue to keep them located on the thumb drive or copy them to your computer for access.
Can I put my own text into the product or do I have to use the supplied library?
No, you are not required to use only the supplied library. With Interactive Designer you can easily add as many text boxes and place what information you wish to have printed.
How will I know if the loved one’s image is high enough quality?
You will be prompted to the quality of the uploaded image. You can then make a decision to use it or not.
Do I get a proof to look at before I sent in the order?
Yes, you will be able to download a PDF proof that can be reviewed either by you or that can be sent to the family.
What if the family doesn’t approve the proof right away?
Items in your shopping cart can stay there until you are ready to place an order. This is also helpful when a family member chooses to build the products themselves. They can add to the shopping cart and they will remain there until you approve the purchase and place the order.
What if I notice there is a spelling mistake after I place the order?
Unfortunately once the order is placed the process begins and the order cannot be canceled.
How do I order more samples for my funeral home?
To order more samples you can call or email what you need and FigTree will get them out to you within 7 days free of charge.
I have an idea for a product I know my families can benefit from. Who should I speak to?
